CUP FILLING AND SEALING MACHINE
HUGART DS-2500
HUGART DS-2500 is a rotary filling and sealing machine with all stations installed around the rotary table, equipped with seats. Operation of the machine is fully automated. It is designed for dosing and packaging the whole range of products of food industry into plastic or aluminium cups covered with thermo-sealing lids. The machine is fully adjustable in the range of speed between 2500 and 5000 cups per hour and range of dose between 0, 05 and 0, 5 l.

HUGART DS-10000 is a fully automated linear filling and sealing machine designed for dosing and packaging the whole range of products of food industry into plastic or aluminium cups covered with thermo-sealing lids. The machine is fully adjustable in the range of speed between 6500 and 10000 cups per hour and range of dose between 0, 05 and 0, 5 l.
Linear construction of the machine enables to reach maximum capacity even during packaging liquid products like cream or kefir and gives the possibility of fixing various additional equipment depending on the production profile and customer`s demand. We are offering customized machine`s tooling, also the possibility of easy changing shape and diameter of cups stations as a standard solution.

LIDDING MACHINES
DS-P1
The machine is designed to automate the process of placing plastic lids onto the punnets, which are used for packing fruits, vegetables (e.g. strawberries, cherry tomatoes etc.).
The lidding machine is available in two versions with single or double lidding line. The double line lidding machine operates with the speed of 80 punnets per minute while the single line one works with the speed of 40 punnets per minute.

The labelling machine is a device designed to put stickers both onto consumer and bulk packages moving on a conveyer. Applicator the machine can be successfully used in food industry and his construction enables placing labels at the top and both sides of the package.

PADDING MACHINE
DS-W1
The machine is designed to automate the process of laying various types of pads (e.g. bubble, soak) onto the bottom of punnets/trays which are used for packing fruits, vegetables (e.g. strawberries, cherry tomatoes etc.) or meat.

GROUPING MACHINE
PAKER
The PAKER is a device designed to group individual packages (e.g. PS and PP cups, jars) into bulk containers. It is manufactured according to individual needs of the customer, taking into account the package models provided by him.
This device may be used either as an integral part of a filling and sealing machine (e.g. DS 10000) or it may operate with the cooperation of several independently functioning machines. PAKER may both cooperate with all models of filling and sealing machines made by ``HUGART`` as well as with other equipment, produced by other manufacturers.
