- FXS 5100 high-performance machine with output up to 500 syringes per minute - Innovative line concept for the fully-automated processing of presterilized, pre-filled nested syringes - FXS 2020: ideal for stability tests, galenic applications and small batches
With a high output of up to 500 syringes per minute, the FXS 5100 by Bosch Packaging Technology is a high-performance machine ideal for the production of pre-sterilized nested syringes, such as SCF1. The transport system for the syringes was derived from the MLD and FLS series and adapted for nest processing. In combination with the new pharmaceutical handling unit, the entire production process can be handled by Bosch. In addition, the servo technology allows for adaptable motion sequences and ensures the high quality of the filling and sealing process. Thanks to this technology combination, the FXS 5100 works smoothly and reliably even at maximum output.
Bridging multiple systems, Bosch has developed a line concept that integrates all processes. The line comprises an Advance Beam tub exterior decontamination system and an Automatic Tub Opening System (ATO) for gentle opening of the tubs that reduces particles. An isolator tailored to the FXS 5100 complements this concept. Thanks to these harmonized interfaces even complex projects can be carried out quickly and cost-effectively.
The FXS 2020 is a reliable, easy-to-use machine for lower output levels. With an output of up to 80 syringes per minute, this established filling machine is well suited for the packing of galenicals, stability tests or the production of small batches.
