Giuseppe Desirò Srl is dedicated in continuously innovating its already proven series of products, aiming always to satisfy the variety of needs of clients in the sealing and closure sectors. The factories have been subjected, over time, to continuous and constant renovation and every phase of assembly and component competence undergoes a strict control process.
Fully run by PLC, Desirò machines are equipped with a user-friendly interface, that guides the operator during normal use and in the event of a problem, assists in its resolution. Every sensor signal is monitored and memorized in a production database, which can be accessed by the operator or by a remote PC.
Using an integrated keyboard-monitor display, it is possible to check and change the machine control parameters with several password levels to ensure accurate management of equipment production. The final phase of production control provides a series of options, including a viewing system, a standard control of by-products and random automated statistic sampling. The finished product is programmed for automated filling of several containers with options that provide for either multiple output or boxed handling with revolving plates or conveyer belts.

AUTOMATIC ASSEMBLY MACHINES FOR PILFER-PROOF LIKE CAPS
The production for machines for this type of cap, involves a complete work-cycle process, starting from prime substance matter either in reels or strips of aluminum and concluding with the assembled product, complete with liner and finished with personalized raised writing on the cap. Furthermore, a specific lining machine has been devised in order to cover all dynamics concerning this particular assembly process.
