FORAFLEX: Foraflex is made of a CO-EXTRUDED MICRO-PERFORATED heat-sealable OPP film, in reels or in bags and pouches. It is most indicated for the automatic packaging of products that need oxygen exchange with the environment. The optical and mechanical characteristics of this film are not affected by the Forapack perforation process. On the contrary, it enhances its mechanical resistance and machineability.

COEX: Transparent bi-axially oriented co-extruded heat-sealable polypropylene film, suitable for all automatic packaging applications, both with horizontal and vertical “form-fill-seal” machines (HFFS-VFFS) and for over-wrapping machines.
Thanks to its very wide sealing range and to its slip characteristics, this film is most indicated for all high speed HFFS and VFFS packaging applications

TERMOFLEX-T: Termoflex-T is a polyolefin-based heat-shrinkable film, co-extruded, both sides heat-sealing, suitable for the packaging of food and non-food products and for general purpose over-wrapping.
Its high heat-shrinking characteristics ensure that our Termoflex-T film can be used in any type of packaging line, be it a line with integrated hood oven, or a line with hot tunnel.
Main Advantages: It is particularly suitable for those application that require high tear and shrink resistance, because of its special co-extrusion process that ensures the absence of micro-perforation during packaging. This feature is most important when packaging sharp edged products.

New From Forapack
The bag comes with die-punched handle and re-closable zipper, made of a special antifog laminate able to resist temperatures up to 100°C. It is designed to enable the heating of the bag with its contents, both in microwave oven and in conventional electrical oven.
Available in 3 standard sizes and with a generic, multi-lingual 6–colours flexo printed design, it features a wide window to show the contents. It is possible to produce this bag in different sizes and with a custom design.
This bag is realized in a variety of laminated materials, to meet the desired utilization characteristics with the best cost effectiveness:
- Laminate made of a special polyamide film and antifog treated cast polypropylene film (CPP), suitable also for heating in a conventional electrical oven
- Laminate made of PET + antifog CPP
- Laminate made of two different polypropylene films, each film with its own characteristic and function
- Laminate made of paper and antifog CPP
- It can be produced also with a laminate made of kraft paper + PLA film, featuring also a PLA zipper.
- This version is certified as 100% biodegradable.
All these bags versions are supported by a food contact certification complying with the present European law.
