Flexitray has been designed as a variant of the case packing system Flexipack, moreover it offers the possibility to form and fill carton trays in one system.
Flexitray can form up to 15 trays/min with a filling speed of 20 cycles/min.
The size change requires just few operations:
- Products picking plate changeover;
- Cardboard magazine regulation;
- Tray forming system adjustment;
- Choice of the new size on the PLC
Technical Features:
- The Flexitray can handle products such as: thermoformed or heatsealed trays, cups, plastic bottles, carton cases, flacons, packs, etc.
- Max. Weight of the products in the picking configuration: 5 Kg
