John French earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Buffalo, New York. He worked several years as a project manager in the oil and gas industry, managing projects around the world from refineries to offshore oil platforms.

In 1998, John moved to Richmond, Virginia where he began work with BluePrint Automation, Inc. , a multinational end of line case packing company, as an applications engineer. Since, Mr. French has held several different positions within their sales department including his current position as director of sales and marketing. John now manages all sales and marketing efforts for the North, South American markets and Canada.
