- Processes filling volumes from 0.5 to 500 ml - Up to 24,000 containers per hour - Stopper feed with minimal particle risk
The FLC filling and sealing machine from Bosch Packaging Technology covers the processing of a filling volume ranging from 0.5 ml to 500 ml and fills up to 24,000 injection and infusion bottles per hour: important criteria for liquid pharmaceutical manufacturers to ensure flexible production.
Compact measurements and easy accessibility offer excellent conditions of use and maintenance. They allow for a range of applications from clean room conditions to isolator designs. Without changing the prism cells of the servo-controlled prism transport system of the FLC, containers with different diameters can be processed under aseptic production conditions.
At the filling station, different filling systems are applicable depending on the product to be filled, ranging from piston pumps, time-pressure filling systems to rolling diaphragm pump units. The new ``Clean Feed`` stopper feeding system provides more reliability in the pharmaceutical production process. The shortened transport path up to the point of insertion of the stopper into the container opening considerably decreases the particle risk.
The high degree of automation allows the FLC to store all format-specific settings, which makes format changes very easy. All production settings can be activated at the push of a button on a touch screen.
