ECOBLISS JIGGLE ROLLER
The Ecobliss Jiggle Roller is a smart, manually operated sealing device that perfectly seals your Ecobliss cold seal blister packages. The EJR is used in many different situations. It is an ideal sealing device to be used in home labour or for manufacturing small and medium size batches. In those situations where energy is expensive or labour is cheap, the EJR performs extremely well. Since there are no electric parts in the EJR and the construction is very strong there is hardly any maintenance on this machine. The EJR is low in purchase price, doesn’t require electricity or compressed air and makes getting started with packing in Ecobliss cold seal blister packaging easier than ever!
For this simple but very effective machine tooling cost are obviously very low. Additionally changing the tooling of the machine from one type of pack to another is only matter of seconds.

ECOBLISS ROTARY PACKER 350/450
The Ecobliss Rotary Packer ‘ERP 350/450’ is a very efficient semi-automatic rotary packaging machine. This piece of equipment is ideal with it’s speed of 12 cycles per minute and offers capacity for your medium to large sized batch production of Ecobliss cold seal blister packs. In the ERP 350/450 manual operations are combined with automated operations making it a very efficient and versatile machine at very reasonable cost. The machine is solid and low-tech making it into a very reliable asset to your company. Nevertheless there is enough ‘smartness’ in the machine to ensure stable and good quality output only. Special attention is paid to the seal quality, which is ensured to be of the highest level on every pack coming out of this machine. Because of its simplicity it is also very low on maintenance cost and very user friendly.

The development of Ecobliss Speed Press Systems has been focused on exploiting the unique advantage that heat is not required in the seal process. These machines require only instantaneous pressure to make a solid board-to-board bond. As a result Ecobliss has developed a complete line of state-of-the-art machines that improve production and quality and are easy to operate and maintain. The Speed Press packaging machines operate on a linear principle. With its speed of around 20 cycles per minute and its capability of handling up to 6 cold seal blister packs per cycle great output can be achieved.
The Ecobliss Speed Press systems range starts with the ‘ESP-A1’. This machine requires manual handling of the packaging materials. The range ends with the Ecobliss Speed Press ‘ESP-A5, a fully automated production line with integrated robotized product feeding.

Increase Production
Ecobliss Speed Press Systems dramatically increase production because the time to make a cold seal is only a fraction of the time required to make a heat seal. Faster cycle rates are attainable because the cycle time is no longer dependent on the transfer of heat during the seal process. Instantaneous pressure is all that is required to make a solid board-to-board bond.
Improve Quality
Ecobliss Speed Press Systems eliminate poor quality seals due to conventional heat platen temperature variations. Leaving out the heat makes the seal process more controllable and therefore repeatable. Under Ecobliss’s designs, blister cards and blisters will never be discoloured, scorched, curl or stick to the seal die as found in conventional heat sealing. Eliminating the heat improves operator safety during changeover and set-up. The operator will not be subjected to high heat temperatures that can cause injury as in conventional heat sealing.

Without the heat in the seal process, the energy consumption in the sealing station of the machine has been reduced to an absolute minimum.

Quick Set-Up and Changeover
Eliminating the heat in the seal press combined with innovative tooling designs, simplifies set-up and changeovers while ensuring accuracy and repeatability. Each station of the machine is equipped with finger actuated pulse buttons making set-up and debug easy and fast. Installation and changeover of the card magazine, blister magazine and sealing trays are achieved without any tools. Zero time is required to wait for the seal platen to heat up.
User-Friendly Operation

Ecobliss Speed Press Systems are designed to meet stringent CE safety requirements.Emergency switches can be activated from any position. The machine has been designed ergonomically for safe and comfortable operation. There is sufficient space to work comfortably, either sitting or standing at the product feed stations. The absence of heat during sealing provides several important health benefits by eliminating the typical smell of heat sealing and heat radiation.
