Corton Andre, producer of top quality wines, has installed the EASY-PAC sealing solution from National Adhesives.   

Corton Andre looked at new adhesive systems after experiencing considerable downtime with their existing hot-melt system, due to char forming in the nozzles.  EASY-PAC’s lower operating temperature of 90-100°C – the lowest available on the market today - brings significant benefits, all but eliminating downtime and improving safety.   

“With the lower operating temperature, the system brings benefits with regards to energy; and also there is far slower deterioration of the machinery,” commented Pascal Lorton, Corton Andre. “There is no longer the risk of accidents in the workplace which are costly in our line of business.”
