The all-new design of this latest BREITNER development in capping machines offers the benefits of intermittently working cappers paired with the output of small rotary cappers. A wide variety of different large containers is smoothly closed in passing-through motion. Product splashing therefore belongs to the past. Container change-parts are not required.
A further exhibit at the BREITNER stand A22 in Dusseldorf’s exhibition hall 15 will be a rotary capping machine designed to efficiently process a variety of closures featuring dip tubes, such as trigger sprayers and dispenser pumps, in addition to the regular screw-on caps and push-on caps. As this type of capper offers freely programmable servo driven screw head strokes change-overs are done quickly by simply selecting the right format parameter set in the PLC and exchanging the container format parts.
BREITNER also show a versatile inline liquid filling machine featuring advanced flow metering technology. This filler is distinguished by the vast product range it can process without the need for format parts. Negligible component wear, zero service requirements and easy cleaning under real CIP conditions are guarantor for high production efficiency of this machine.
For the container feeding and unscrambling sector BREITNER exhibit a highly compact bottle unscrambling system for the sorting of containers up to 250 mm in height. This flexible container handling system is available in three machine sizes enabling a machine output of up to 200 containers/minute. Breitner Abfullanlagen GmbH
