Products often look alike. The quality of your product is higher than that of the competition but does the consumer know this too? The consumer is often led by the packaging and the printing on the packaging. The packaging transforms your product into a visible product that is in high demand.
Your product deserves the attention of Eshuis.
Eshuis prints striking packaging in all types of shapes, dimensions and materials. We select the best, least expensive and fastest printing technology for each and every product, without compromising quality. This guarantees that your packaging is right, attractive and also practical.
We make use of versatile and innovative technology. We do not bother you with any technical details.
Mock Ups
We produce realistic sample packages to be used by marketers, for example, product presentations, (consumer) research, market presentations or commercial shoots. The design and product concept can, in this case, be assessed for a single print run.
The main advantage of mock-ups is that the risk of mistakes further in the production process can be limited to a minimum. A mock-up can, for example, be used when shooting a commercial long before the actual production of the product is started.
The digital information of the mock-up can later be used for the final packaging.
In-Mould Labels
In-mould labels are used for plastic packaging. All types of shapes and sizes are possible. This means items such as small containers, buckets, cups, flasks, bottles or even crates.
This type of packaging is used for food products such as butter, ice cream, sauces and salads. This type of packaging is often stored in a cold and humid environment. In-mould packaging is used more often for other applications.
After the injection-moulding process, the printed label is placed on the outside of the mould. The label and the plastic mould are then closed into a heated space. Heat and high pressure unite the plastic mould and the label into a single unit.
The mould and the label together form a unit that is extremely suitable for enduring identification. The unit is also very resistant to cleaning with a high-pressure spraying pistol, to the car-wash process and to cleaning products and various chemical substances.
In-mould labeling is a perfect alternative for self-adhesive labels and it has a very good price/quality ratio.
Eshuis can use the digital and offset printing methods for in-mould labels (depending on the volume of the print run). This combination allows Eshuis to offer you a very wide range of printing options!
Cheese Labels
You make the cheese............We make the labels!
Eshuis is the only company that specializes in digital printing on silk paper for cheese labels and banderoles.
Our well-equipped studio converts your creative ideas into a digital file. We can copy and digitalize a label printed using the flexo printing method without requiring the delivery of a digital file.
The printing is always using four colours and white. A 60-lines grid is used instead of the rough grid used for the flexo printing method.
Prior to printing the run you will receive a sample on silk paper, on the silk paper that corresponds with your order: 21 grams, 18 grams or 15 grams.
The banderoles are printed on rolls with a standard 400 meters length. Printing on material with a diameter of 70 up to 470 millimeters is not a problem at Eshuis. This applies even to print runs which you order in a single series: From 1 copy to 40.000 copies.
Shrink sleeves are always the right size!
The market for shrink sleeves is increasing rapidly and is ousting the more traditional self-adhesive market of labels and wrappings. A sleeve provides opportunities for new types of packaging. A shrink sleeve adopts the shape of the product, whatever it may be. Sleeves make your product stand out. The product should always attract attention.
- Why Use Shrink Sleeves?
- To have top quality printing
- To give a product three-dimensional characteristics
- To be able to add a window
- To have a variety of graphical options
- To provide optimum protection of the printed image through reverse printing
- To protect the glass surface of bottles and jars
- To reduce the level of noise on a bottling or filling line
- To have 100% fixation of the sleeve, even under extreme wet conditions.
- To reduce the splattering of glass when broken
