DC drive infeeds are most reliable high performance way to insure absolute control of the tension in your process. The extremely solid manufacture and simple mechanical layout feature a minimum number of motors and mechanical parts to ensure long trouble free performance. The design features a pneumatically loaded dancer roller and DC drive controlled pull roller. This system allows the operator to adjust and maintain extremely even web tension. Any variation in the web tension is absorbed by the dancer roller. The drive then immediately responds by changing the velocity of the pull roller to keep the dancer stable and the web tension even. This compact design is made to be either free standing or mounted onto an existing machine in a press or process line.
