Semiautomatic pneumatic diptube cutting machine. Speedcut 99 is an irreplaceable tool for cutting any valve diptube thanks to its simple mechanism and cost efficiency. By inserting the tube into a custom made hole and applying slight pressure, an air switch is opened that triggers a small cylinder connected to a sharpened punch. Length adjustment depends on the positioning of the cutting apparatus, and can be varied from a minimum of 30 mm to a maximum of 280 mm. Speedcut 99 can be powered by any compressor industrial or non , given the limited amount of air necessary for its use. As a consequence, speed and productivity rates depend solely on the operator’s pace. Precision and duration are guaranteed.
Diptube Cutting Machine - SPEEDCUT PRO
Pneumatic automatic dip tube cutting machine. Speedcut Pro is a solid and fast solution for automatic dip tube cutting, for micro pumps and aerosol valves. This unit can be operated in two different ways: 1) manual pump insertion into machine plastic sliding rail, cut will be done continuously by the machine. 2) automatic pump insertion by additional vibrating bowl, automatic dip tube cut by speed cut pro. Dip tube cut length adjustment is available by rotation of upper wheel. This device will move the cut device up or down as per your length need. A millimetric bar is placed on cutting area side as reference. Speed cut pro will cut dip tubes on straight shape. In order to get the desired cut size, pump straight dip tube will be needed. Curvy dip tube shape will effect final cut size with a tolerance proportional to curvy area length. Machine output speed will depend on pump inserting speed into sliding rail.
