Decrimping Machine - SV80
SV80 is suitable for pump decrimping of all types of aerosol valves and crimping micropumps available on the market. Useful in every laboratory, it recovers products and cans/bottles in case of wrong production. Decrimping action is done by a decrimping jaw connected to a pneumatic ram, witch will catch the valve/pump on neck position and burst it. SV80 may be used in any environment as completely pneumatic.
Collar Fitting Machine - CF01
CF01 is a simple solution for semiautomatic collar pressing on pumps. The machine will be able to press collar on micro pumps, placing will be done manually. Every time you’ll change from one collar type or diameter you’ll need to replace a plastic collar pressing head into machine head. Machine use is very immediate, manually place your collar on your bottle pump, then fit bottle on machine base centering tool. Machine action will be started but pressing two buttons at same time.
