New carousel type CNC 982 silk screen decorator from Machines Dubuit, Noisy Le Grand, France, imprints top to bottom, 360-degree impressions on any shape container.

Ovals, triangles, rectangles, for example, run at up to 4,500 bottles/minute. Unit imprints any material including glass, plastic, metal using thermoplastic enamel, ultraviolet ink in four, eight or 10 colors, changes over roughly 33% faster than other silk screen decorators.

Printer operates with 10 printheads fixed at top of carousel of 12 slides (base points for glass bottles). Robot picks upright containers from conveyor, lays them between base points. Single motor drive guarantees precision of ink laydown. Floor-level machine provides easy access without stairs.
