GBPI has introduced a new box compression tester (GBN1000Z).

The box compression tester is designed and manufactured as per the provision of GB/T16491 and conforms to the requirements of GB4857.4 transport packaging case pressure test, GB/T4857.16 transport packaging case stowage test and ISO2872 and ASTMD642 pressure tests. It is applicable to carry out proof pressure, deformation and stowage tests for flexible packaging cases with corrugated cases, honeycomb crates, and other packaging cases.

Calibration: a compression testing machine, as described in ASTM D642 which will apply a load at a constant speed and record the load-deflection of the sample. The test machine calibrates following the Methods of Verification of Testing by using pressure method (ASTM designation E4). Calibration can be customized according to customers requirement.

Auto reversal: it reverses to the initial position automatically after performing each test.

Load cell: the transducer is based on a strain gage load cell that distinguishes according to the way it detects weight. It has an integral button design.

The box compression tester adopts a DC motor to drag the driving system to form the action of board-pressing through the screw rod. The high-precision force sensor can accurately reflect the loading conditions of the test pieces. Its microcomputer system acquires and handles the test parameters, and outputs and displays the test results.
