CPC provides the food service industry with NSF listed quick-disconnect couplings for hot and cold beverage machines, bag-in-box condiments and rigid packaging. We offer products for multiple filling conditions such as sanitary, extended shelf life, aseptic and hot fill with the ability to dispense items as varied as relish, beverages, pizza sauce and liquid eggs. CPC also offers these fitments and couplings with various material and O-ring options to ensure compatibility with your chemical dispensing applications.

BAG IN BOX FITMENT

DUDC - The ``Snap-in`` disposable Bag-in-Box fitment

With its polypropylene body, EPDM seals, a 316 stainless steel spring and 3/8`` flow the DUDC is arguably the most versatile Bag-in-Box closure in the industry and offers the best re-sealing characteristics upon bag removal. This fitment is designed to be used in both manual and automated filling operations. The bag manufacturer will place the DUDC in the ``dust cap position`` on their spout at the time the bag is made. A filler can be adjusted to then lift the DUDC from its position, fill the bag with product and then lower the DUDC to its ``locked`` and closed position. A tamper evident seal creates confidence in the user at the time the bag is installed for dispensing. The UDC coupling body is connected and accommodates flexible tubing from 1/4`` to 3/4`` to offer superior flow rates, and a leak-free connection.

CPC also offers an innovative Puncture Seal closure that automatically opens the flow path upon connection.

Colder Products` Smart Coupling Technology enables the automatic exchange of data across a coupling at the exact time and location of connection.

• Data is stored on the package coupling or fluid delivery line using contactless RFID technology
• Data is automatically transferred across the coupling just prior to making a connection. Communication continues, transferring tag values to your control system, while the two halves are connected using contactless RFID technology.
• Data is made available to various devices depending on need using hardware or wireless technology.

IDENTIQUIK™ UDC SERIES SMART COUPLINGS WITH INTEGRATED RFID TECHNOLOGY

Colder Products Company`s IdentiQuik™ UDC Series is a line of Universal Dispensing Couplings that utilizes the power of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology to store data on contactless RFID tags for package inserts in bag-in-box dispensing and fluid transfer applications. This data is transmitted through the RFID interrogator which is built into a standard coupling body. Data stored on the package insert or fluid delivery line is transferred across the coupling before the two halves are connected. This data transfer enables your system to automatically identify fluid products and their characteristics, and capture data from point-of-origin through point-of-use.
