Tapes: Saint gobain offers a variety of high modulus (HM Series) and extruded (2265, 2275 and 2285) film tapes with low elongation and heat stable platforms to provide release and protection from excessive PE at edges during PE coating. Combination of tapes can be fabricated into 2- ply endless belts to pick up all excess PE on edges of paper and cardboard.

Belts: Fabricated from either PTFE coated aramid cloth (TCK) or glass (CHEMFAB Premium Grade), as well as tape/ fabric constructions, these high mechanical strength endless belts are very durable and provide edge protection and proper release for trouble free extrusion lines.
