At Interpack, visitors will experience how to improve performance now and over time at the two CFS booths: one in hall 11, booth F 56/G 55 for CFS and CFS Tiromat and the other in hall 4, booth B 47 for CFS Aquarius. The focus is on the daily operational challenges of packers: variety and flexibility, cost per kg / per pack, food safety and environment along with how to translate this in the right products & packs. Exhibits visualise the impact on productivity, yield, efficiency, distribution, fixed costs and people.

Launch of new products

In hall 11 on 270 m2 floorspace CFS will launch a brand new high capacity slicer designed with the top level of hygiene in mind. Also on display are the thermoformer CFS PowerPak NT with a complete new labelling concept and a CFS SmartPacker with the new ultrasonic sealing unit which has been specially developed for the market segment salads, shredded cheese and mozzarella.

In addition, various packaging system solutions will be presented, such as CFS Hole in the wall, CFS SteamCook, CFS CookinPak, CFS ShrinkPak.

CFS shows the equipment, materials and solutions running

At the CFS booth, visitors can see the latest developments in slicing and packaging equipment, packaging materials as well as the range of complete solutions. Details will be shown on a number of PC’s, each running dozens of videos.

Additionally CFS offers on request the opportunity to visit the world’s largest Technology Centre in Bakel / The Netherlands, where visitors will see the equipment running and can discover the newest CFS Robotloading and Traysealing solutions.

Enhanced performance in medical / technical packaging

With the CFS PowerPak NT thermoformer, CFS now has the innovative answer not only to the food industry, but also to current and future demands of the medical industry. At Interpack, CFS Tiromat will be able to show the innovative sealing system and other integrated safety features to guarantee product quality and seal integrity during the packaging process.

The innovative hardware solutions will be further supported by individual combinations of documents and services to assist the machine qualification process.

Sweet solutions for great confectionery packs

CFS Aquarius will have a 60 m2 booth in hall 4 which is dedicated to the confectionery industry. Here CFS will display the new generation SmartPacker TwinTube machine, capable of running at highest performance with more flexibility, as well as the TwistWrapper for high-speed double twist wrapping of ball lollipops.
