Effective August 1^st 2008

Brian McCluskie will take over as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CFS from David Ryan, effective August 1st 2008. Most recently, Brian McCluskie was President of Invensys APV, a leading engineering company that manufactures and markets products around the globe. In this position, he helped customers become more productive and successful by listening, understanding and responding to what they need. This is a perfect fit with the CFS Lifecycle Performance philosophy, promising customers’ performance now and over time.

David Ryan: “I believe that Brian brings powerful relevant experience and abilities to lead CFS’ profitable growth. I will work with Brian on a transition, which ensures that the progress we have made continues without interruption, and that this year’s plans are achieved.” After the transition, David Ryan will return to his position on the CFS Supervisory Board (and an Operating Partner with AEA Investors, majority owners of CFS).
