Washing Machines
On these machines, containers are fed individually and considerately through several stations: flooding, washing (with or without ultrasonic support), blowing out and transfer to a downstream sterilising tunnel.
RQU and RQN
The washing machines RQU and RQN are ideal for washing ampoules. The installations outstanding due to their optimum accessibility, for instance, and are very easy to operate.
RQU DZ and RQN DZ
The washing machines RQU DZ and RQN DZ are ideal for washing injection and infusion bottles. The installations operate with a maximum of 10 stations for inner washing and 5 stations for outer washing of containers.
RRU and RRN
The RRU and RRN washing machines are ideal for washing injection bottles, infusion bottles, ampoules, cartridges and syringes. They are outstanding due to their optimum accessibility, for instance, and are very easy to operate.
Sterilising Tunnel
HQL
HQL installations are ideal for sterilisation and depyprogenation of injection bottles, infusion bottles, ampoules, cartridges and ready-to-use syringes. This model is impressive due to a short dwell time in the tunnel which is the result of the hot air laminar flow process with its high degree of efficiency.
Filling and Sealing Machines for Ampoules
Bosch relies upon modern technologies in filling and sealing machines for ampoules. Thus these installations use, for instance, time/pressure filling systems for charging and laser technology for sealing.
ALF
The ALF model is ideal for filling and sealing ampoules, burn-open ampoules or injection bottles (in the combination version). The narrow design (800 mm width) ensures that operation is optimum. The machine is prepared for delivery together with an Isolator.

FLC
Extremely flexible and reliable, meeting the highest technical standards with an excellent price/benefit ratio. With the FLC line, Bosch has expanded its product portfolio in the medium output range. The continuous motion machine provides a processing range with filling volumes of 0.5 - 500 ml. A "V-cleat" conveyor system offers advantages in ease of size changeover. An innovative control system provides ease of use, high reliability and reproducible production settings.
FLM 4080
The filling and sealing machines of the FLM series are developed to fill and close injection and infusion bottles. They stand out by their innovative design with a vertical machine plate. The wide processing range of up to 500 ml and the high output of up to 36,000 containers per hour mark the flexibility of the machine.
FLP
The filling and sealing machines FLP are ideal for filling and sealing injection and infusion bottles as well as threaded bottles and bottles for drop-applicators. The continuous method of operation must be emphasized just as much as the linear transportation system.
MLF
The MLF 3002 IN is ideal for filling and sealing injection bottles, whilst the MLF 3002 TR is used for filling and sealing infusion, threaded and plastic bottles as well as bottles with drop-applicator.
MRF
Filling and sealing machines in the MRF series are ideal for filling and sealing injection, infusion, screw neck and plastic bottles. The short delivery times are worth mentioning. These are only 3 months for the standard modular system.
Filling and Sealing Machines for Pre-filled Syringes and Cartridges

FLS
The FLS is a trendsetter, conceived with leading edge technology- specifically for the growing market of disposable syringes. Along with advanced technology, flexibility, configurability and short delivery time, the FLS offers an excellent cost-performance ratio. During the development of the FLS, the 3D models were run on a 3D design simulator. This included all of the new innovative design aspects that were specifically designed for the FLS. Since nearly all possible combinations and variations were simulated on the computer before machine production, measurable customer benefits are maximized while risks and delivery times are minimized.
MLD
The flexible multi-function machine MLD is used to process ready-to-use syringes and cartridges. Its wide processing spectrum ranges from dental or insulin cartridges right up to contrast medium cartridges.
Sealing Machines for Injection and Infusion Bottles

VRK
