Isolator Technology

MAFS- Mini Aseptic Filling Machine
The MAFS is a high-performance filling and sealing system, complete with Isolator technology, made by Bosch TL-Systems (USA). A vertically positioned base plate separates the drive section from the aseptic work range. All drive components, pumps and lines as well as the entire electrical system are located outside of the sterile zone. Therefore they are freely accessible for changeovers, maintenance and repair work without breaking sterility. The very narrow sterile zone is easily accessible from the front and can be effectively wet cleaned.
Colour Ring Coding Machines
DRN

KLD
The crack detection machine KLD is an automatic machine for inspecting the seal integrity of ampoules, injection and infusion bottles as well as cartridges. It has 4 inspection stations that use high-voltage technology. Containers are inspected at 4 different points for overall height.
Traying off Machines
GLT
The GLT machine is very suitable for traying off stable injection bottles. It can be used for attachment to a take-off conveyor on an upstream machine or as a stand-alone machine. Full area utilisation of containers in the magazine due to line offset must be emphasised.
