Bonfiglioli Engineering, a leading company in the field of automatic machines for Micro-Leak Testing, is located in Vigarano Pieve, in the province of Ferrara, Italy,
It was founded in 1974 through the initiative of Giuseppe Bonfiglioli, its current President, who devoted himself to the project and construction of the first automatic machine with alternate working. Launched in the national, and later in the international markets, this product was given a remarkable reception. This gave a boost for further research and production of more and more reliable and technically advanced new machines for the pharmaceutical industry.
Thanks to his unquestionable experience, Mr. Bonfiglioli still supervises the board, whenever it comes to deciding which technical solution to adopt. The client is thus granted a product in which each part has been studied in-depth and thoroughly analysed from design to manufacturing.

This sector has the following machines:
Stern
This is an economical machine for controlling the micro leaks with a compactb structure. It can be used in blow lines without orientated outlet. It is complete with conveyor belt and rejection station.
ALD - 50 & 50/30
This model comes with a micro-processor and RS-232 serial exit, fitted with sophisticated software for communication with a remote PC. It acts as an ejection station for bad containers.

HSL – 200
The HSL is an index machine for leak testing of containers from 100cc to5000cc. It comes along with our state of the art PST pressure transducer card.
SXE
This machine has highly accurate leak testing capability and is user friendly with 3-5 minute tooling changeover time. Its maintenance and energy consumption is low.
