Thermoformed blistercups are available in various materials, such as A-PET, PET-GAG, and PVC. Also colored plastics and cardboard blisters are amongst the possibilities. ACG Packaging has more than 40 packaging machines, of which 4 full- automatic blister lines.
Plastic blister on cardboard
A transparent blistercup is sealed to the front side of the blistercard.
Carboard blister on cardboard
A cardboard blister is applied to the front- or rear side of de blistercard. One can make the product visible by adding a hole in the cardboard blister and/or in the blistercard if the blister is applied to the rear side.
Blister between cardboard
The plastic blister cup is applied between a folded blistercard. The blister is "in" the card, and the sealing flanges are invisible. |
