Adhesive application in perfection
Gluing tables of Bickers-JMP XY are the solution of your gluing problems. A huge reduction in item costs, great improvements in productivity and also product quality, and on top of that, better working conditions. All this is made possible by the new-style XY adhesive tables from Bickers Klebetechnik in Essen, which was presented for the first time at Interpack ™05. These are multi-axis servo-controlled adhesive automats for almost all types of industry, from packaging to vehicle manufacture. Molten adhesives and cold glues can be applied in a single operation to small or large surfaces using up to 4 different application methods. Four small or from one to three larger products can be processed at up to four work positions controlled independently of each other, and there are almost no limits the geometry of the adhesive application. The processing speed can be set at any value from 0.1 to 1.2 m/sec. All the functions of the equipment are checked and managed using the self-explanatory control unit with touch screen and joystick. The unit is available in three standard models: as a stand-alone adhesive automat with flat bed, as XY unit with integrated pallet lifting table and automatic height adjustment, or as fully automatic adhesive unit with integrated carton supply and positioning control. The size of the unit can be from 900 x 1500 mm up to 2.000 x 3.000 mm working surface. Special sizes and solutions are available on request.
