Desirò company introduces new improvements to its already tested series of automatic machines for the assembly and production in the closures’ sector. In Interpack ‘08 will be showed the last version of Lining machine type GD12 where the Liner is shared from a band and then introduced into the PP28mm Plastic Cap. The machine output range is 200 pcs/min but the faster version can achieve 600 pcs/min. The last news in this machine typology are about the new machine design; the updated controls on the Liner Band and its automatically movement.

Fully run by PLC, Desirò machines are equipped with a user-friendly interface, that guides the operator during normal use and in the event of a problem, assists in its resolution. Using a integrated keyboard-monitor display, it is possible to check and change the machine control parameters with several password levels to ensure accurate management of equipment production. The final phase of production control provides a series of options, including a camera system, a rejects management and random automated statistic sampling. The finished product is programmed for automated filling of several containers with options that provide for either multiple outputs or boxed handling with revolving plates or conveyer belts.
