Autobag® AB 180™ Bagger

Utilising the very latest technology, Autobag ``Replace-n-Repair`` machine operating systems and the most advanced user touchscreen control available, the AB 180 is the most reliable, and the easiest to use automatic bagging system available for advanced packaging needs.

The large interactive AutoTouch™ control screen allows operators to quickly recall and set-up packing jobs. Autobag® AB 145™ Bagger

Designed to be used in situations where tie-in to infeed systems such as counters and scales is not required, the AB 145 is a cost effective entry-level introduction to semi-automated bag filling and sealing. Simple and easy to use, and capable of bagging at speeds up to 45 bags per minute, the AB 145 offers packaging consistency, dependability and speed at an affordable price.

Utilising Autobag, ``bag-on-a-roll`` technology, the AB 145 gives maximum operational flexibility with its ability to change pack sizes in under 2 minutes making it ideal for those operations with variable run lengths that require speed and packaging consistency.

Combine with an Autobag PI 404iÔ in-line thermal imprinter for a complete ``print-n-pack`` system giving speedy packaging and eliminating the need for a separate labelling operation for maximum packaging productivity.

Autobag® AB 255™ Wide Bagger

Capable of packaging products and bagging at speeds up to 55 bags per minute, this automatic filling and sealing machine has been designed to meet the specific requirements of large bag packaging applications. Capable of running bag widths up to 400 mm with a pass through area of 150 mm, the AB 255 is simple to use, dependable, and operationally flexible - designed to drive maximum productivity in terms of industrial packaging solutions.

Utilising the very latest technology in autobaggers, the large interactive AutoTouch™ Control screen allows operators to recall and quickly set-up packing jobs. Autobag® AB 255 Horizontal Wide Bagger

Capable of bagging at speeds up to 55 bags per minute, this automatic filling and sealing machine has been designed to meet the specific requirements of large bag packaging applications. Capable of running bag widths up to 405 mm with a pass through area of 150 mm, the AB 255 is simple to use, dependable, and operationally flexible to drive maximum productivity.

SidePouch® Sprint™ Bagger

The Sprint Bagger has been uniquely designed to bring a winning combination of speed and versatility to your specialty or retail packaging.

This plastic baggers features include a load area large enough for multiple operators, different run mode settings, and the ability to combine with infeed and imprinter equipment. These combinations allow the Sprint plastic bagger to boast speeds from 70-120 bags per minute.

The Sprint`s outstanding feature is it`s ability to run and package specialty and retail bags. Types of bags available include the re-closeable zipper and flap bags, tape bags, reinforced header bags, and standard bags with or without a header.

The Sprint has been designed to satisfy high volume requirements, yet retains all of the flexibility needed for fast product and bag changeovers with minimum loss of production.

Autobag® PaceSetter™

The Autobag PaceSetter offers a cost-effective alternative to fully automatic packaging. It will help speed up most hand packaging operations by automatically indexing a pre-formed bag into position and opening it for loading.

Capable of packing 20 bags per minute, the PaceSetter is suitable for low volume packaging of applications ranging from industrial parts, fasteners, and plumbing fittings through electrical components and craft items.

Autobag® Inspect & Load Bagging Station

The Autobag Inspection Load Station has been designed to package bulky items such as towels, rags and other items that need to be inspected, counted and bagged. This system has been built around the well-proven Autobag AB 180™ bagging machine, one of our most effective packaging machines.

Additional technology has been used to aid the operator with the loading process by providing both visual and audio prompts when each cycle is near completion - a very useful set of cues for packaging solutions of this variety. These packaging machines have built-in shaker devices that settle the product in the bag, and a conveyor is also used to take away the filled packages. This lets the operator focus on the inspection process.


Autobag® AB 180TM Bagger

Our imprinter machines are suitable for operations requiring simple or complex labelling at high speeds. They will print bar codes, alphanumeric text, and graphics, including line drawings and logos.

Autobag® PI 412c™ Imprinter

Capable of imprinting at speeds up to 300mm per second, which equates to approximately 80 bags per minute in-line, this programmable thermal transfer printing system has been designed to meet all the newest industry specific printing requirements. The PI 412c is simple to use, dependable, and operationally flexible to give maximum uptime and packaging productivity.

When used in conjunction with the Autobag AB 180 bagging system, product identification utilizing barcodes, text and graphics can be easily applied to individual packages in-line and indexed for product loading and sealing in a simple ``print-n-pack`` operation.

Label changes can be achieved in an instant by simply accessing pre-stored label designed or through database downloads with a PC connection. Utilising the very latest technology, the Autobag PI 412c is capable of printing virtually all barcodes available today, including 2D barcodes and UPS MaxiCode. The 8 megabytes of memory facilitate more labels and font storage which gives easier access to more stored jobs allowing fast changeover and maximum system uptime.

The PI 412cw Prism is simple to use, dependable and operationally flexible to give maximum uptime and packaging productivity.  When used in conjunction with the Autobag AB 180 bagging system, product identification utilising barcodes, text and graphics can be easily applied to individual packages in-line, on the bag front and back, and indexed for product loading and sealing in a simple ``Print-n-Pack`` operation.

Maximizer™

The Maximizer continuous motion conveyor increases productivity of your packaging process with its versatility and speed. When linked to an Autobag® bagging system, you can achieve a higher packaging rate without the need for additional labour.

The Maximizer easily integrates with Autobag bagging equipment and is ideal for packaging kits comprised of small components.

Kitveyor™

The Autobag® Kitveyor system integrates vibrating counters with a conveyor system to automatically count and collate small components into packaged kits. AccuScale™ 220

The AccuScale 220 is a high sensitivity weigh count system that accurately and consistently weighs small parts. It has been designed for use with the Excel, which can transform your current operation into a complete weigh count packaging system.

The AccuScale 220 has been designed to be simple and accurate. Simply place the product on the top, the memory storage displays when the proper weight is reached, then activate a foot switch, which will flip product automatically to be bagged.

The AccuScale 220 is capable of handling a wide range of applications. These can vary from small and lightweight items, to parts that tangle or can not run in vibratory feeders.

Accu-Count® 200 - Flexible, High Accuracy Automatic Counting System

Capable of counting and batching at speeds up to 2,500 packages per hour, this vibratory bowl feed and count system has been designed with state-of-the-art touch screen control for ease of use. The Accu-Count 200 is dependable and operationally flexible to provide maximum system uptime and high accuracy packaging productivity. 

When used in conjunction with the Autobag AB 180™ bagging system, a bulk supply of product is driven to a single-flow that is automatically counted and batched to a pre-set quantity. The individual batch of product is then funnelled to a pre-opened bag, sealed and detached, while another bag is presented ready for loading.  Accuracy is achieved by activating a diverting door when the final part passes through the detection eye. Diverted parts are then discharged to an isolated bin, so as to not enter the bag as an overcount.

Utilising the very latest technology, the Autobag Accu-Count 200 is capable of detecting product from 3mm in diameter, 3mm to 63mm in length and up to 50mm wide. The system is available with three different bowl configurations, allowing the flexibility needed to run different part variations. The AutoTune™ feature allows users to easily set the drive parameters of different bowls.

Using system-matched Autobag bags-on-a-roll, the Accu-Count 200 offers a fast and effective Count-n-Pack solution.

The AirPouch Express 3 table top void-fill system has been designed to be fast, productive and easy-to-use providing on-demand air cushions to meet end-of-line packing requirements.
