About Us

ABG-PACKMAT AG Switzerland:

This has been around since 1890 and was in the past well-known as Willi Maschinenbau AG. For more than 30 years, the developing and the manufacturing of packaging machines and commissioning systems have become our major business area. ABG-PACKMAT AG has consistently maintained its corporate philosophy. During the solution development, engineers consider in particular the processes of the customers. With their focus on the substantial customer needs, they combine profitability with the quality of the packing and system security in the ABG-PACKMAT's system approaches.

On this basis we have been a market leader for years in packing and supply technology. Besides our subsidiary company ABG-PACKMAT GmbH in DE-Villingendorf, that ensures sales and customer services in Germany, we can count throughout Europe on competent partner companies.

About 50 capable and reliable employees are at your disposal. Already more than 2000 ABG-PACKMAT machines and systems are operating world-wide successfully and partly and several of them are in use day and night.

Automatic Order Picking System

An Automatic order picking system is available with modular design and easy operation by the user friendly PC management control centre.

The Modular counting and weighing system are available in special designs according to customer requirements. We have an integrated packaging machine with space for labelling and printing stations.

Model 22 (single head machine) and
Model 25 (twin head machines)

Automatic weighing and weighcounting machines for different kind of products like bulky components, plastic mouldings and so on. They are controlled by sophisticated microprocessor control systems. The machines operate by controlling the feed of product by means of independent electromagnetic vibrators through bulk and fine feed lanes into a weighpan mounted on a sensitive weighing mechanism.

Film Wrapping for Flat Products

KÖRA PACKMAT machines are packaging solutions and systems particularly for flat products like stationeries, greeting cards, phone cards, CDs and DVDs. ABG-PACKMAT AG in Haldenstein is KÖRA PACKMAT'S exclusive distributor for the Swiss market.

CardSeal

The CardSeal unit is called "the Ferrari" under the packaging machines for phone cards..

It packs the phone cards with high speed, singled or in bag chains with or without brochures. Moreover, it is possible to produce an individual welding seam with safety sealing. The machine can be supplemented inline with secondary packaging in plastic bags, tax seal or cardboard boxes.

SonicSeal

This is the new economical machine generation to pack cards and brochures in ISO 7031/CR 80 formats. The latest ultrasonic sealing technology, a maximum of user-friendliness and an extremely attractive service range are completing the compact and modern machine design.

VMC 100

It is the most sold packaging machine for phone cards in the world!

The VMC 100 with its producing of incomparable and closely fitting packaging and its reliably high-quality welding seams is unique. It is a compact and fully automatic film packaging machine to shrink-wrap phone cards and brochures with the same format. Packing variants are single packing or bag chains with and without perforation.

VMC 105

This is the multi-talent for singling, counting and particularly tight packaging for small products. Generally the VMC 105 is used for phone cards, paper goods, stationeries, CD's and DVD boxes. This very flexible machine stands for an optimal presentation of your products.

VM 60/90

The integration of all possibilities:

• Commissioning and packaging in all variants.

This system is basically used for the film packaging of flat products in formats from A6 up to B4. Example: pack paper sheets, cardboard boxes, copying and Inkjet labels, special papers for Inkjet printers, loose leaf dividers, greeting cards, brochures and individual arranged assortments.

VFM 102

This is a system particularly for greeting cards.

With the VFM 102 packing will be produced with high speed, up to 110 bags/minute. Additional advantages of this kind of packaging are no film waste and fewer material costs.

VRM/BM

VRM 25 - 30 is a universal packaging system and for example used to pack separation sheets, registers, envelopes, greeting cards, phone cards and similar products in the formats from A6 up to A4.

CBM 25 - VBM 50 is a tax seal system which can be combined as module with other machines or which can be used independently. Equipped with one or two friction feeders the system is for example used to count and to tax seal postcards.
