Synopsis

ISPM 15 is an international standard for the wooden packaging industry that would allow packages to cross national boundaries without phytosanitary certificates. ISPM 15 is designed to stop the spread of pests around the world and requires wooden packaging to be heated or fumigated by an approved authority according to a common standard.
