Paul has over 32 years of international packaging experience. He has designed and built over 34 different types of special proprietary one-of-kind machines and systems such as high speed combiners, dividers, inverters, collators, stackers, puck transfer systems, off-line automatic sampling systems, indexers, coolers, washers, collator/packers, custom packing machinery, quick change tooling and systems, tray packers, high speed feed diverters, robotic case packers and horizontal tub fill, seal, lid machinery. Paul has written numerous articles in publications and given many seminars relating to ,packaging line machinery, machine design, integration, process performance and project management. Paul has authored 10 books relating to packaging production systems and co-authored with Walter Soroka "The IoPP Glossary of Packaging Terminology" in 1998. Paul has:

• Developed the "Performance Index (PI)" system and software for data entering, analysis, benchmarking and improving packaging line performance.
• Researched and developed new concepts in calculating and designing packaging processes, machinery and effective operations.
• Engineered and consulted in integrating machinery, automating systems, control systems and turnkey projects for the packaging, blow molding and converting industries.
• Conceptualized and designed highly specialized custom packaging machinery and systems.
• Developed packaging line evaluations, training and effective and efficient Instructional Procedure techniques.
