The double cap chutes are designed to improve changeover time.  These chutes eliminate the process of removing and installing a different sized cap chute each time a changeover is required; eliminating time and possible bio-burden from the filling environment.  If your caps are similar you may be able to use one chute for different caps. If you look carefully in the picture, you’ll see that one of the chutes is set up for 38mm and 43mm!  The double cap chutes will help you improve changeover time and keep production running with confidence.
