EskoArtwork and Screen Printing Pöhlmann - New Partners in the Digital Subsequent Treatment

EskoArtwork, the offerer leading world-wide of innovative solutions for Design, job preparation and co-operation in the packing and job printing industry, won a new partner in the digital subsequent treatment with the screen printing Pöhlmann GmbH from bath Friedrichshall in close proximity to Heilbronn. The specialist for the industrial manufacturing of screen printing label and stickers installed a Kongsberg i-XE 10 cut table to it in July 2008. The digital subsequent treatment solution of EskoArtwork is to arrange not only the production of the advertising stickers and marking products more efficient and more flexible, but also stand for demonstrations and performance records from potential Kongsberg prospective customers to the order. In October 2008 the Showroom for demo days and Events is to be opened.

Screen printing Pöhlmann, 1989 based, employs today eleven coworkers. Kongsberg

With the Kongsberg i-XE 10 EskoArtwork offers an efficient and flexible processing solution for the fast manufacturing of displays, signs, Faltschachten and labels with a work surface of 800 x 1,100 mm. A digital subsequent treatment solution for light and flexible materials, which exceeds other solutions clearly regarding productivity and precision, expects the user. Owing to racks a X/Y of transmission with accurate control, an innovative, fast servo of system as well as an extensive tool set for cutting, grooves and milling the i offer - to XE row a high operating speed and highest precision during simplest operation. With the help of the visual camera system i - CUT vision user-defined forms can be cut directly on the table outline and properly matching. The system works with ticks strategically placed, which are printed in the form of points with the graphic motive and which adjustment of the cut way to serve. The system is completed by an optional conveyor system for the automatic materials handling.
