Our intimate knowledge of the latest information technology allows us to prepare your data for the different printing techniques and electronic distribution systems. This way these data find - without any loss of quality -- their way to the ``traditional`` media such as packaging for consumer products, books, magazines, leaflets, advertisements, posters and calendars or to the digital media such as web sites, CD-ROMs, touchscreens, interactive kiosks or database applications.
To make sure that our customers get the best possible quality, De Schutter annually invests close to 4 million Euros in research and development. We maintain close contacts with the most important suppliers of prepress systems. Because of these privileged relationships and our intimate knowledge of the market, we are frequently asked to test new technologies in alpha and beta sites.
A working group ``New Technologies`` has been established, made up of specialists in several disciplines who regularly hold meetings to discuss the latest trends. These regular exchanges of information combined with the excellent relationships with leading suppliers allow De Schutter to be a pioneer in technology. De Schutter therefore invests in training and support of its personnel by in-house/external training sessions and job rotation.
De Schutter works according to the ISO 9002 standard. We also implement Total Quality Programmes. A consistent quality and uniformity throughout all printing techniques is what we offer our customers.
Our environmental protection system guarantees a responsible handling of raw materials and waste. De Schutter is fully compliant with all environmental standards set by the government. Wherever possible, production is done in closed circuits. A large part of all waste matter is collected, picked up and recycled. This is particularly the case with paper, silver and copper. The in-house water purification installation meets the highest standards.
De Schutter is made up of a highly complementary team of communications specialists, layout designers, DTP operators, photographers, reprographic experts and graphic technicians. Our service does not stop at technical support. We follow the rapidly changing media world very closely and offer sound advice when choosing the correct communication medium.
