Automation
Fischbein Superbagger
The SuperBagger is a complete machine because it provides both automatic bagging and hot air sealing of wicketted bags. Carefully researched technical features allow the SuperBagger to eliminate operating errors and also to significantly reduce stop times for the machine as well as cutting down the need for operator interventions.
The SuperBagger is designed to seal polyethylene or laminated bags, efficiently and automatically. Automatic opening of wicket bag and holding bag open for filling Reforming of bag after filling and transfer to Saxon sealer for trimming of bag top and final sealing Applicable industries: food , food processing, medical products. This is the ideal machine for filling and sealing bags containing free-flowing products such as powders and granules.
Automatic Sack Palletizers
Automatic sack palletizers are high-level and moveable pallet: bag orientation on flat and pallet stacking by layers, capacity from 500 to 4500 bags/hour. High-level and moveable pallet: bag orientation and bag stacking by robotic grip, capacity from 500 to 1200 bags/hour. Cartesian type palletizing robot: 4 axes, bag handling by robotic grip, capacity up to 500 bags/hour. Articulated robot palletizer: 4 or 6 axes, bag handling by robotic grip, optionally can also handle empty pallets and make several pallets simultaneously, capacity up to 900 bags/hour.
Paypar ASSAC400 Form Fill Seal
Automatic Form-Fill-Seal bagging station, forms, fills and seals the bag in the own machine from a PE roll in a totally automatic way. Dosing system is integrated in the own machine frame. Suitable for those industries which require maximum level of automation, saving in packaging costs, optimum final look of filled bags, and easy cleaning tasks.
Payper CSA70 Auto Sack Placer
Automatic sack placer for open mouth sacks, with or without side gussets. It`s Application suitable for those industries which require maximum level of automation and reliability in the bagging line. It can be fed either by a net scale or directly by a dosing system placed on the machine frame (gross weight option).
