Productive Systems recently installed 6 automatic injection moulder take-out systems that use check-weighing in order to determine the correct amount of product per box.

The systems were custom made for the specific injection moulders keeping the following in mind:

- Minimum use of floor space.
- Aesthetically pleasing.
- Movable to not restrict machines access.
- "Spill proof", to ensure product does not end up on the floor.
- High enough to allow for cleaning underneath conveying.

The system allows for 3 empty boxes, 1 box being filled and 2 full boxes on the box indexer. This however can be changed to accommodate the customer's requirements.

The system works as follows:
- The products is guided by a chute onto the incline conveyor.
- The products are transported at a vertical incline to above the box on the check weigh station.
- An empty box is automatically indexed into position.
- As soon as the correct weight is achieved the incline conveyor stops and waits for the next empty box to be indexed into position.
- An operator panel allows for the operator to select the product and the correct weight for that product.

These take-out systems can be custom made to suite the customers specific requirements.
