Rigid Plastic Packaging, Blow Molding, Injection Molding and Thermoforming for Applications in Various Industries
About Us
Since 1984, companies such as Coca-Cola, Dean Foods, Procter & Gamble among many others have turned to PDC-Europe to provide sleeve-labeling expertise and machines that set higher standards of production, performance and productivity at competitive pricing. They come to us because PDC-Europe is 100% dedicated to shrink & stretch sleeve labeling technology. We build heavy duty machines made to last many years, even on around-the-clock operations. We work with the leading sleeve converters, giving you a choice of suppliers. We have the widest line of applicators in the industry, for both stretch and shrink sleeves, from 30 cpm to 700 cpm able to sleeve a variety of containers and products. We were the first to introduce the technologies that made sleeves the most popular labeling system of today: cut-stretch sleeves, rotary applicators for high-speed lines, real dual-zone steam tunnels, steam tunnels with their own steam generator and rotating hot-air tunnels among many other innovations. We are an engineering company, therefore we match your application to our most effective equipment and offer you the ability to customize it to your electrical and mechanical standards. We develop two prototypes every year, following - and predicting - market trends. We teach you from A to Z on sleeving technology, so you can make educated choices throughout your project. We support your equipment from our headquarters in France and, since1995, from our offices in Austin, Texas, USA. We speak English, French, Spanish, German and Dutch

Sleeving Machines
STG Series: Speed, Flexibility and Affordability in super Small Footprint The STG-Series can apply stretch or shrink sleeves on speeds up to 150 cpm on your products with sizes ranging from 150ml. (6oz.) to 1 gallon. This is the largest output per machine size - only 3.6ft x 4ft - in today's market - no investment needed in multiple machines and line conveyors changes. Sleeves are cut - no perforations marks - offering that clean cut look only bigger and expensive sleeve applicators could do. The STG can sleeve a variety of container designs - round, square, rectangular, oval and multi-panel STA Series: Reliable, In-Line and Mechanical Applicator The STA-Series can apply stretch sleeves on speeds up to 50 cpm on your products with sizes ranging from 200ml. to 2.5 gallons, including buckets. Unlike competitors equipment, the sleeve application is made in-line - containers or buckets do not move into an "inside chamber" to be sleeved. The STA is equipped with an integral 3-meter (9ft.) integral conveyor, allowing products that do not need to be sleeved to pass through the equipment - no bypass conveying system needed.

Labeling and Sleeving Machines
C-Series: 360 Degree Labelling The C-Series can apply stretch sleeves on speeds up to 300 cpm on your trays and large products. They can be round, oval, square or rectangular. Stretch sleeves are substantially less expensive than self-adhesive labels, and give you 360 degrees of brand visibility. The C-Series can also apply stretch sleeves to act as tamper-evident or cover on your square or rectangular products. Stretch sleeves are substantially less expensive than cardboards. Sleeves are cut - no perforations marks - making your product to look as sharp as possible. HC-Series: Affordable and Flexible Super High Speed Application The HC-Series can apply shrink or stretch sleeves (in only one machine) on speeds up to 700 cpm on your round, square, rectangular and triangular products from 150ml. (8 0z.) to 1 gallon (gallon maximum speed is 300 cpm - the highest in the industry!) Uses thin gauge (less expensive) sleeves without compromising efficiency and the need of air-knife systems. This can bring substantial savings to your labeling cost. Specific equipment for your production type - empty or filled containers - and speeds. You don't need to spend extra money on expensive stainless steel construction machines and for much higher application speeds than your line capacity. LP-Series: High Efficiency Shrink Sleeving The LP-Series can apply shrink sleeves on speeds up to 500 cpm on a variety of products. From horizontal applications such as pen, pencils and batteries, to vertical applications as cups and tubs for creams to glass bottles for perfumes, shampoos, to plastic bottles for water and dairy products. A wide variety of models is available to match your production needs. Empty or filled container application (stainless steel.) Our equipment will match your line requirements. You don't need to spend extra money on expensive stainless steel construction machines if that is not needed, neither for much higher application speeds than what your production requires.
