This article introduces relevant calibration items of ASTM D 3985. The comparison of empirical tests has proved that test data of different-pressure method vary with that of equal-pressure method. Moreover, working efficiency of oxygen sensor during actual application varies with time. For these reasons, it is necessary to calibrate equal-pressure method instruments.
