Stainless Steel/Powder Coated Mild Steel Frame Conveyor
Productive Systems offer a wide range of conveyoring to suit various applications. Stainless steel frame conveyors for filling lines, dairies, etc. and powder coated mild steel frame conveyors for other specific applications.

Ropeveyors
Ideal for the transport and accumulation of empty plastic containers where long conveying distances are needed. This system is economically priced and ideal for low budget constraints.

Roller Conveyors
Various types of roller conveyors can be supplied; i.e. free running roller conveyors, driven roller conveyors manufactured in stainless steel or PVC rollers with stainless steel, powder coated mild steel or aluminium frames.

Pallet Conveyors
Productive Systems are able to supply two types of pallet conveyoring; driven roller conveyor or chain driven pallet conveyoring depending on the client’s specific requirement.
Wadding Machines
Productive Systems manufacture two types of wadding machines (lining machines):

Punch Type Wadding Machine
These units makes use of a punch and die type system, punching wads out of a roll of material directly into the cap.

Pre-Cut Wadding Machine
This unit feeds pre-cut wads from a magazine into the cap after which it is pushed home.
Cap Assembling Machines
Keeping with new developments in the packaging industry and responding to customer needs, Productive Systems has developed machines following consumer demand. We introduce our range of cap assembling machines:

Two & Three Part Cap Assembling Machine
These units unscramble and assemble different parts of caps, i.e. pourer, shutter and/or dust cover to assemble them into the final product.

Cap Assembling Machine with Wad Insertion
A two part cap assembling unit incorporating a punch type wad or induction seal unit to punch the liner into the cap after it has been assembled.
Bagging Machines
With the growing demand for bottled water and the constant strive to keep the product hygienic, together with our experience in bagging empty plastic milk bottles, Productive Systems saw an opportunity to get the bottles from the blow molder to the bottler with the minimum chance of contamination.
Bagging is beneficial from a cost point of view as well as eliminating returnable packaging like cartons and trays. With the characteristics of PET, i.e. static and "tackiness", bagging PET is made very difficult. Productive Systems has however overcome these problems and are capable of bagging up to 5000 PET bottles per hour.
Leak Testing Machines
Productive Systems has gained vast experience in the process of leak testing plastic empty containers in HDPE, LDPE, PVC and PET ranging from 100ml to 25l containers. Bekum, B&W, Automa, Seecor, etc. and for PET stretch blow molding machines where necessary, these units can be incorporated. Together with our range of take-out units and FlexiLine conveyoring we are able to automate your blow molding machines.

Single Head Leak Testing Machines
These units can be supplied as stand alone units or be incorporated in line with the blow molder.

When testing at higher speeds this unit is ideal.

Productive Systems also supply leak testing machines for plastic drums ranging from 10l to 25l.

Machine Productive Systems specializes in detecting holes in a vast range of containers.
Pressure Sensitive Labeling Machines
Productive Systems through its wide range of products available to its customer’s manufacture and supply pressure sensitive labeling machines to suit its customer’s specific needs. Its range of machines is directly linked to the height of the label being applied.
These machines are capable of doing straight wall containers, round containers (self adhesive wrap around labels) and certain odd shaped containers. Also available in the range are the gate labels which are capable of applying a label onto two or three panel sides of a square container.
