Cloud Packaging Solutions is pleased to announce several organizational changes as a result of strong growth and a solid forecast for the foreseeable future. "We are strategically aligning the Cloud business units that serve the Personal Care and Industrial Packaging markets while also positioning the companies for future growth," said President Kevin Fritzmeyer.

As part of the announced changes, Les Teague will add Multi-Pack of Milwaukee, Wis. to his area of responsibility which currently includes Span Packaging Services and Automated Packaging. Mr. Teague becomes President of the newly formed Personal Care and Industrial Packaging Group. Under the new structure, each company will have a General Manager that reports directly to Teague. "We believe this structure allows us to remain responsive to both our customers and the markets we serve, while prudently managing our growth," said Teague.

At Span Packaging Services, Joe Ervin, (formerly Director of Operations), has been promoted to VP and General Manager and will be taking on the responsibility for the business. "Joe has shown an ability to lead our Operations to levels of performance we had never before experienced. We believe his leadership skills and record of performance make him the perfect choice for guiding the organization to continued growth and profitability," said Teague.

John Panaseny, (formerly VP of Sales and Marketing), has been promoted to VP and General Manager of Automated Packaging, LLC of Winder, GA. "John has proven over the past four years that he has the insight, skills and commitment that are necessary to drive the organization ahead in the coming years. We believe that under his leadership Automated Packaging will continue its strong record of growth and maintain its position as a leader in the contract liquid filling market," offered Teague. "These are exciting times for us, and I look forward to working with both Joe and John as they move into their new roles."

Also announced today is the naming of Keith Wyatt as Director of Sales for Span Packaging Services. "Keith was formerly Director of Materials Management and Customer Service and is natural fit to take over the Sales Director position that John vacates," said Teague. "He has spent most of his career at Span successfully supporting the efforts of the sales team and working with our customers. He will be a huge asset to the organization in his new role, and we look for him to continue to provide leadership and stability in the front end of our business."
