Model GBN2000Z Box Compression Tester
Function and usage: The instrument is designed and manufactured as per the provision of GB/T16491 and conforms to the requirements of GB4857.4 transport packaging case pressure test, GB/T4857.16 transport packaging case stowage test and ISO2872 and ASTMD642 pressure tests. It is applicable to carry out proof pressure, deformation and stowage tests for flexible packaging cases with corrugated cases, honeycomb crates, and other packaging cases.
Features: It adopts the DC motor to drag the driving system to form the action of board-pressing through the screw rod. The high-precision force sensor can accurately reflect the loading conditions of the test pieces. Its microcomputer system acquires and handles the test parameters, and outputs and displays the test results.

The initial pressure can be keyed in. Then, it can preset the pressure value and test the compressive deformation amount, and preset the compressive deformation amount - test the compressive resistance under fixed deformation state.

Standard Light Source
Function and usage
- The artificial sunlight D65 recognized by the Commission International I'Eclairage (CIE) is regarded as the standard base lighting source.
- Illumination range of light source is 750 to 3200 Luxes.
- The background color of the light source is medium grey, and its reflex rate must be lower than 1/3 of the incident light.
- It has the function to test concolorous and different-spectrum effects. The microcomputer is adopted to control the mode of the instant fast switching-over among various light sources, so as to avoid the flickering light-up like household light pipe and to accurately compare color difference of goods under different light sources.
- It can accurately record the service time of each group of luminous tubes. In general, the luminous tube should be replaced after the service of more than 2000 hours for fear that the testing failure occurs due to the ageing of the luminous tube.
- Ultra-Violet Illuminant (UV) shall be equipped and used to test the articles with fluorescence and whitening dyes.
- Store illuminant shall be equipped to provide the contrast color with other light sources.
