Also included in our range is a range of liquid filling machines, conveyors, turntables and other equipment. The Hopper Loader and Auger Filler, is a typical combination which allows product to be loaded into the Hopper Loader at ground level and maintain a constant level of product in the Auger Filler. The Hopper Loader can also be fed via bulka-bag.

AFPM Auger Filling Machine
A user friendly program, reliable drive control, high levels of accuracy & speed provide users with high levels of repeatability, increased productivity and minimum overfill. Available with full stainless steel frame or powder coated mild steel both versions have all product contact parts made from stainless steel. When fitted with weigh scale option, the AFPM Auger Filler is capable of holding tolerances of +/- 1.5gm in 4kg.

AFPM supply a range of tables and conveyors to transfer containers through either Auger Filling or Liquid filling stations. AFPM is an agent for Asset`s high quality liquid filling machines. These machines are available in single, twin & four head versions with displacements up to 5 litre. Automatic filling includes bottom up filling and positive shut-off nozzles. AFPM works closely with other machine manufacturers to ensure customers receive a complete integrated package. This Bag making system incorporates a VFFS, Powder Filler plus special options for handling paste type products.
