Accuweigh commenced operations in Adelaide in June 1992. The founding Directors, Brenton Cunningham & Greg Brogan both had many years of previous experience in the scale and weighing industry which led to Metal Detection and packaging equipment applications. Brenton Cunningham’s experience lay in engineering sales, management, marketing and administration, whilst Greg Brogan’s skills lay in mechanical engineering, automation, inspection equipment and hands-on trouble shooting.

Laboratory Scales & Balances
Low capacity scales and balances including analytical balances, precision balances, and compact balances. A&D manufacture a comprehensive range of analytical, precision and compact balances for all types of laboratories. The range continues to develop with the introduction of new models incorporating the latest weighing technologies. The range also includes moisture balances.
Retail Scales & Labelling Equipment
Retail scales & labelling equipment includes a series of price computing scales, suitable for light to medium usage applications. Battery operated scales are available with some models featuring PLU (Price Look Up) capability. Retail Scales include Price Computing Scales, Point-of-Sales (POS) and Weigh-Labellers for retail environments.
Weigh Price Labellers
Accuweigh supplies a wide range of weigh price labellers which automate the process of weighing and labelling of trays, packages and boxes. The weigh price labellers are suitable for use with a variety of different products including meats, fruits, vegetables, bakery products, as well as frozen and chilled products. All weigh price labeller comes with the full backup and support of Accuweigh branches in every state.
Dynamic Weighing
Dynamic weighing (or continuous weighing) is sometimes required because static weighing (that is, placing a product or item on a scale, taking a weight reading, removing it and moving to the next product or item) is unfeasible or uneconomical. Continuous weighing increases the throughput of product or items through a site.

Platform Scales
Platform scales range in both size and capacity. Capacities range from 30kg up to 100t. Accuweigh sources a wide range of platform scales and manufactures a number of standard and custom platform scales as well. A common platform scale is the 1200mm x 1200mm, 3t capacity platform scale, but custom sizes and capacities are also available.
