Kit Packaging Equipment
Kit Packaging Systems are used to produce combinations of kits, primarily for hardware and component industries. Systems can range from a simple fastener counting machine to a complete high-speed, multiple-component kit packaging line, complete with cartoning and palletizing. Packaging Software
Packaging Software is important for product reporting and site quality control. Yet the Packaging Software needs for each site varies, depending on the site's processes and procedures.
For this reason, a Software Engineering company needs to have solid experience, but also remain flexible to meet all the needs of each site.
Advanced Australasian Software (AASoftware) is the software division of Accuweigh and has the knowledge and experience to engineer software especially specific for packaging processes, including interfacing to a range of packaging industry equipment. AASoftware has proven experience with an extensive library of standard, off-the-shelf packaging software packages, but remains flexible with the ability to provide custom packaging software packages for any site.
Packing Denesters
Ixia Pick and Place Denesters are used to "denest" product packaging (containers, trays and lids), as supplied by the packaging supplier, and place them in preparation for product filling and sealing. Accuweigh has chosen to distribute the Ixia brand as the Ixia name is well-known and highly regarded for quality and proven performance.

Form, Fill and Seal Machines
Vertical Form, Fill and Seal Machines (or VFFS) are a high-speed packaging machine, ideal for bagging food products in to sealed plastic bags. Delicate food products, such as potato chips and biscuits, are protected from damage to maximize product appearance and quality. The machines will fill the bag to the required weight or volume, heat seal the bag, label the bag with a time/date stamp, and auto cut the bag. VFFS equipment can produce one complete bag per second, depending on the bag size, and are ideal for high-throughput production factories.

- This new machine produces a bag with a flat bottom, while sealing the four edges of the bag.

Eventually, a beautiful square bottom bag is produced, standing on its own due to the reinforced sealed edges.

Among the advantages, a clean surface (front, rear & sides) is achieved allowing a high quality graphic design of the film. This system is able to work with a relative thin packaging material avoiding collapsing of the bag.

Model Elk
The machines are built with a simple but sturdy structure, working with high efficiency and reliability. The three side sealing makes it ideal for filling small pouches.

Multihead Weighing
Multi-Head Weighing Systems, also known as Dosing Machines, are a high-speed option for dosing product by weight. A system may have as little as four weighing heads or as many as 16, depending on the required product throughput.
Product videos and DVD-ROM's are available upon request. There are several video examples of these machines in actual operation. The speed of operation is simply astounding.
