Accuweigh is the distributor for ImanPack equipment in Australia. ImanPack manufactures a number of Automatic Palletizer Systems. Iman Pack manufactures both robotic-type and spider-type Palletizers. Both are high speed, multi-function pick-and-place robots, suitable to auto-feed horizontal wrappers, to load ready-bags in carton boxes, to orient and align products for easy feeding, and to check and reject defected products.
Valve Bag Filling
The V2550 Valve Bag Filler is a totally self-contained bagging system leading the way in bagging a range of products in to valve bags. The V2550 is extremely unobtrusive to any site with a small footprint, simple installation (simply locate and connect to services), and silent running. The V2550 requires no special tools to complete installation and requires no tools at all to make operational adjustments. The system is controlled by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and has a fully integrated low pressure air generation system.
Consistent, repeatable accuracy is achieved because the V2550 has a dual-stage filling system. The majority of the product is filled at the maximum fill rate. Just prior to attaining the target weight, the fill rate is reduced to a “dribble” feed to allow the system to more accurately halt product flow to achieve the desired target weight.

Filling Software
Filling Software is important for product reporting and site quality control. Yet the Filling Software needs for each site varies, depending on the site's processes and procedures. For this reason, a Software Engineering company needs to have solid experience, but also remain flexible to meet all the needs of each site.
Advanced Australasian Software (AASoftware) is the software division of Accuweigh and has the knowledge and experience to engineer software especially specific for filling processes, including interfacing to a range of filling industry equipment. AASoftware has proven experience with an extensive library of standard, off-the-shelf filling software packages, but remains flexible with the ability to provide custom filling software packages for any site.
Open Mouth Baggers
AccuPak’s proven range of Gross Weighers is suitable for bagging most types of products including dry, granular, lumpy, crushed or powdered products into bag’s up to 50kg. Gravity, screw or conveyor fed, the GB50 is based on digital weighing technology and pneumatic control. Over many installations, the design has proven to be both reliable and accurate. The GB50 utilizes the well proven “weigh in bag” method that has been perfected over many decades. The bag spout is fully suspended on precision loadcells and the dedicated weight controller ensures that accuracy is achieved using automatic free fall compensation and optional two stages fill.
On-screen reporting of bag count and total weight packed is useful information for Production and Quality Managers.
The GB50C is required where product has inconsistent flow characteristics and/or higher weight accuracy is required.
Liquid Filling
Designed and manufactured in Australia for foaming and non-foaming products with limited operator input, the Accu-Pak range of Liquid Fillers is available with a variety of options to handle almost any product. The unit is totally electronic from the load cells to the weigh indicator, which allows seamless interfacing with on-site computer management systems, if required.
Bag Sealing Equipment
