Raymond Muller began his career in packaging with two years as a research engineer at Avon Products’ Package Research and Evaluation department. He was transferred three years later to the International Division where he engineered packages for Avon’s world-wide packaging. After four years, he was transferred to the Purchasing and Package Development Department where he was promoted to Senior Package Engineer. Two years later he was promoted to Purchasing Agent and was in charge of purchasing over $36,000,000 worth of package components. He was transferred to the International Division two years later where he was in charge of packaging for all of Latin America. Eight years later he was transferred to Package Research and Development in charge of testing all packages under development. In 1992, he established Mauray Laboratories and is currently the President and Chief Operating Officer. He holds a BSChE from Newark College of Engineering, an MSc from Fairleigh-Dickinson University and a PhD from Kennedy-Western University.
