Deborah J. Coles-Dobay, Founder of Creative Marketing Impact, Inc., has twenty six years in creative marketing management, strategic planning and company structure and imaging. Debby has contributed to significant growth for The Body Care Group in the Sega Game Bottle new product launch in 2001 in the amount of $2 million in year one. Her savvy media negotiations continue to propelled Eulactol’s, Flexitol Heel Balm from its initial introduction to the US mass market to distribution in major retail accounts. Creative Marketing Inpact, Inc. assisted the founder of Great Face Cafe with a unique cosmetic line for Women of Color via the internet which resulted in the opening of a mall kiosk and a make-up studio retail store. Her career past included Sun Pharmaceuticals where Debby contributed as the major creative force which brought the Banana Boat Sun Care brand from a regional $5 million dollar brand to the 2nd largest National brand with a $90 million in retail sales. After the Banana Boat brand was purchased by Playtex Family Products, Debby’s company, Creative Marketing Impact, Inc., was contracted to continue with key promotions for the brands initiatives. The introduction to Sun Pharmaceutical was through her former company, Advertising Services, where she serviced Banana Boat, Goodwill Industries and Wenoka Sea Style in a advertising capacity. She was responsible for Northbridge Center, Pratt & Whitney, and United Technologies accounts while employed at Collee & Company, West Palm Beach. Her career began as a graphics artist at the Palm Beach Post Times following graduation at Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, FL with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 1977 and an Associates at College University of New York at Queens College, in 1974.
