The Stork Sterideal in-flow sterilizer is the most versatile unit available on the market today. Essentially, it consists of a helical configuration of concentric double-tube, triple-tube and/or multi-tube heat exchanger modules. With the possibility of regenerating up to 85% of the process heat, the Sterideal is clearly an energy efficient sterilizer. The perfectly smooth and seamless construction of the product channel from inlet to outlet eliminates food and dirt traps, which ensures minimum loss of production during cleaning.
Furthermore, the helical configuration has a favourable effect on the heat transfer, especially for high-viscous products like pudding and custard. The system can be used for sterilisation, pasteurisation, cooling, heating and heat generation, of dairy and soya products (Sterideal), fruit- and vegetable juices (Sterijuice), puddings and custards (Steripud) and tomato paste, diced tomatoes and diced pineapple (Steritom).

The Stork tubular heat exchanger is the most versatile unit on the market. The design of the Stork tubular flow sterilizer consists of a helical configuration of concentric double-tube, triple-tube and/or multi tube heat exchanger modules. Operating by the indirect heating principle, each module has its own specific heating, regenerating or cooling duty. The product channel is perfectly smooth, from inlet to outlet. The full turbulent flow in the product channel without dead corners ensures minimum loss of production time for cleaning purposes.

Stork Sterideal UHT System for Extended Shelf Life of Perishables
Stork Food & Dairy Systems specializes in the design and manufacture of machinery for food preservation. Aseptic Buffertank:
Aseptic buffertanks with their own sophisticated controls can be used for instance to supply a 3- stage aseptic filling machine for the production of cups containing 3 different layers of product e.g. chocolate plus vanilla pudding and whipped cream.
Aseptic Synchronizing Tank
In case a return flow is not required or not permitted due to local legislation, a small aseptic synchronizing tank can be integrated in the UHT system.
