Blowmoulding Machines For Production Of Light-Weight HDPE bottles and Aseptic (Closed) Bottles
Stork bottle blowmoulding machines manufacture light-weight HDPE bottles, which are available both in open, non-sterile and in closed, internally sterile versions. The capacity of the machine is 6000 one liter bottles per hour. In addition to manufacturing single-layer bottles, the coextrusion blowmoulding machine is capable of fabricating three-layer and even six-layer bottles. Three layer bottles feature a carbon black light barrier sandwiched between the two HDPE layers. In addition the six layer bottle also includes an oxygen barrier, the latter serving to eliminate the penetration of oxygen through the bottle wall.
The interest in HDPE bottles continues to grow on a global scale. It is a light, strong and convenient way of packaging. HDPE bottles are also exceptionally suitable for the aseptic packaging of extended shelf life products that are distributed without the requirement for refrigerated transport. Compared to the use of bottles that are supplied, the production of HDPE bottles under your own management provides the option to be able to distinguish yourself by making your own choice of a private, unique shape of bottle that catches the eye on the shelves in the shops. The Stork Bottle blowmoulding machine enables you to produce the most widely varied types of HDPE bottles quickly and effectively at the lowest possible cost.
Aseptic Production
The Stork Bottle blowmoulding machine is suitable for the production of aseptic (closed) bottles. In this case it is furnished with a filter system that ensures sterile blowing air and a sterilization unit for the purpose of sterilizing the air pipes. A filter unit has been mounted on top of the carrousel. This unit provides a continuous laminar flow of clean air. The computer has access to a program that controls the automatic sterilization system of the air pipes.
Rotary Fillers: Precifill, High Hygienic Filler, Ultraclean Filler and Rotary Level Filler
Stork`s range of rotary filling machines meets the most stringent industrial requirements in matters of filling precision, maintenance and operator friendliness. Stork rotary fillers are equipped with either the weight, or level filling principle.
Precifill
Designed for filling fresh products. Features a weight filling system wherein the filling section is sealed at the top and equipped with an air treatment system. The Stork Precifill weight filler combines flexibility and a high capacity with optimum filling precision. The filling cycle consists of determining of the weight of the empty bottle, automatic taring, a fast filling phase to a certain weight, fine-fill phase to the actual weight and, in the end, weighing of the full bottle. For each filling valve and or each fill the whole filling cycle is monitored.
The Precifill is equipped with a fully automatic, easy-to-operate cleaning system (CIP). The coloured QuickChange® bottle handling parts match the corresponding bottle sizes and can be changed easily, quickly and without any tools being needed. This makes the Precifill very flexible.
High Hygienic Filler
This filler features a Hepa filter to provide the filling section with a constant supply of sterile air. A CIP system is also included for the purpose of effectively cleaning and sterilizing the filler.
The Stork High Hygienic weight Filler complies with the very highest contemporary industrial norms relevant to hygiene, quick change overs, thorough cleaning and a high level of efficiency. This filler has been designed with cleanliness and product protection in mind: all uncapped bottles are covered, the entire filling system is enclosed and protected with sterile air (Hepa filter).
The filling cycle consists of determining the weight of an empty bottle (taring), a three phase filling (fine-fast-fine) until the actual weight has been reached, followed by a final re-weighing of the full container. The entire filling cycle is monitored and adjusted, if necessary. The result is that product give-away has been eliminated.
The Stork High Hygienic filler handles a wide range of containers and closures of various materials and sizes. QuickChange® bottle handling parts minimize change over time and increase the productivity of the filling line.
Ultraclean Filler
Specially developed for filling ESL products. All surfaces in the machine are drainable. The air system, with a Hepa filter, includes various features that maintain a constant downflow of air in the filling section and prevent unfiltered ambient air from entering this section.
Stork`s Ultraclean filler is specially developed for filling ESL products. This filler complies with the very highest contemporary industrial norms relevant to hygiene.
The machine is equipped with a full automatic Cleaning in Place system for the thorough cleaning and disinfecting of as well the product circuit as the external part of the filler and capper. All surfaces in the machine are drainable. The full machine cover in combination of sealed machine guards guarantees a positive overpressure of the HEPA filtered air in the filling area.
Rotary Level Filler
The rotary level filler fills the various packages to precisely the same level. The Stork rotary level filler fills the various packages to precisely the same level. This feature bears special significance for glass bottles, given the fact that they are commonly displayed side by side on shop shelves.
The adjustment of the filling level is accomplished within seconds and over-filling has been eliminated. The level filler handles a very wide range of products and bottle sizes. The coloured QuickChange® bottle handling parts correspond to the relevant bottle. They are simple to change without tools.
