The Fresh-Lock Soft-Seal Zipper material allows reclosable flexible packaging converters to achieve high quality seals at the zipper crush area while improving machine cycle rates. The proprietary Soft-Seal Zipper material requires significantly less energy to crush, and therefore requires less time, temperature and/or pressure to seal.
Fresh-Lock Zippers are made with soft-seal material and can be applied with existing equipment either in-line using form/fill/seal technology or to pre-made bags. |
