Pinnacle Converting Equipment, Inc. manufactures converting equipment for a wide variety of industries. As a designer and builder of custom equipment solutions for general manufacturing productivity and a consulting service provider and implementer of manufacturing solutions for a wide range of challenges, our expertise focuses on challenges in web handling that include slitting, sheeting, unwinding, rewinding, laminating and stacking. Pinnacle formed in September 1995, following the acquisition of Chip Industries, which had produced custom and standard economical converting equipment since the mid-80's.

Wide Web Converting Solutions
Pinnacle Converting has built several custom solutions for webs 84" and up. These systems are built to handle the additional weights and shaft deflections that occur when processing a wide width roll. Machines include Slitter rewinders, In-line winders, and Cross-cut sheeters for various materials including

CONVERTING SERVICES
We provide contract converting as a service to our customers with a variety of operations. Our capabilities include razor, score, hot knife and shear slitting. We have duplex rewinding with differential capability. We can handle one roll simple jobs to demanding high quality work
Machine Rebuilding
With on site machine shop, welding, painting, and assembly, Pinnacle is capable of rebuilding a variety of different machines, including slitters, sheeters, rewinders, and other special machinery. While rebuilding, we can integrate new technology to increase machine capacity, speed, safety, and/or operator friendliness.
Machine Upgrades
If removing an old machine from production to have it reworked is out of the question, Pinnacle can supply retro fit kits to upgrade your existing machines with newer technology. We also can assist with the installation and set up if needed.
